狂犬病毒隐性感染者生存状况研究

Studies on state of health of persons with latent infection by rabies virus

目的:查明人群中是否真正存在狂犬病毒隐性感染者。方法:检测有暴露史的自愿者体内的狂犬病毒抗体、随访调查其生存状况和抗体的消长情况,并与狂犬病死亡者的一些情况进行比较分析。结果:有暴露史222例自愿者中检出隐性感染者45例,其中密切接触者23例,被咬伤者22例,其体内的狂犬病毒抗体逐年下降,2006年其检测阳性率为0;这些隐性感染者的感染期绝大部分已超过我市狂犬病患者的最长潜伏期。结论:我们检出的45例感染者是真正意义上的隐性感染,而非潜伏期内感染。

Objective： To find out whether there were really persons with latent infection by rabies virus among the population. Methods： To detect the antibody to rabies virus of the volunteers who had the history of exposure to the virus, to make a follow-up survey of their state of health and of the growth and decline of the antibody of those people, and to compare the information from them with that from the persons who died of rabies. Results： Of the 222 vnlunteers with the history of exposure to rabies virus, 45 were the ones with latent infection by the virus. Of the 45 persons, 23 were in close contact with dogs or eats and 22 were bitten by them. The antibody of the 45 people to rabies virus descended year by year. The positive rate for detecting the rabies virus was zero （0/4） in 2006. the infective stage of must of the persons with latent infeetiun by the virus surpassed the longest incubation period of rabies which occurred in rabiators in our city. Conclusions： what we have found through detection of the 45 infected persons is the true latent infection by rabies virus, but not the infection during the incubation period of rabies.
