摘要
探讨了现代医学和传统中医对脂肪肝的认识异同。针对脂肪肝特点认为:病机是气滞、痰湿、瘀浊;和肝、脾、肾三脏功能密切相关;临床辨证将脂肪肝分为痰湿困脾、肝郁气滞、瘀浊阻络三个主要证型。
It discusses the different recognitions to fat liver between TCM and WM. Pointing to characteristics of fat liver, it concludes that the mechanism is related to Qi obstruction, sputum and dampness, turbid stasis, as well as closely related with 3 organs functions of liver, spleen and kidney. The clinical differentiation of signs divides fat liver into 3 main types： spleen afflicted with sputum dampness, depressed liver and Qi obstruction, turbid stasis obstructing collaterals.
