中药狼疮定对SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞Bax/Bcl-2基因表达的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Langcangding on Bax/Bcl-2 Gene Expression of Lymphocyte of Peripheral Blood in SLE Patients

[目的]研究中医中药狼疮定对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血淋巴细胞Bax/Bcl-2基因的影响。[方法]临床选择SLE患者45例,随机分单用激素组和并用中药组,利用RT-PCR法检测各组治疗前后Bax/Bcl-2基因mRNA表达情况。[结果]SLE患者的Bax/Bcl-2基因表达比值明显低于正常人(P<0.001);活动期低于缓解期(P<0.05);治疗后两组Bax/Bcl-2基因表达比值明显上升,而并用中药组治疗后明显高于单用激素组(P<0.05)。[结论]并用中药狼疮定治疗,能明显提高SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞Bax/Bcl-2基因表达比值,这可能与其诱导淋巴细胞调亡、调节免疫内环境的作用有关。

[Objective] To study the effect of Chinese medicine Langcangding on Bax/Bcl-2 gene expression of lymphocyte of peripheral blood in SLE patients. [Method] Randomly divide 45 patients into hormone group and combination group, test the mRNA expression of Bax/Bcl-2 before and after treatment with RT-PCR method. [Result] The patients＇ Bax/Bcl-2 gene expression was markedly lower than normal persons（P〈0.01）, so was in active than in relief period（P〈0.05） ;after treatment, both Bax/ Bcl-2 gene expressions were raised apparently,while the group combining TCM and hormone was markedly more than only-hormone group on expression（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] Together with Chinese medicine Langcangding can obviously improve the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 gene expression of lymphocyte of peripheral blood in SLE patients,which may be related with its inducing lymphocyte apoptosis and regulating immune internal environment.
