补气益肾降浊汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Early Diabetic Nephrosis Treated with Decoction Nourishing Qi and Kidney Reducing Turbid

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。[方法]2003年12月-2005年12月来我院治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组。在对症治疗的基础上,对照组给予前列地尔,观察组采用补气益肾降浊汤联合前列地尔。[结果]采用中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病(EDN),有效率为90.62%,有效率显著高于对照组;同时UAER观察组比对照组下降更明显,并且显著改善患者的血脂状况。[结论]应用中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病,能显著改善早期糖尿病肾病的临床症状,而且能明显减少尿蛋白,具有临床推广价值。

[Objective]To observe clinical effect of combination of TCM and WM on early diabetic nephrosis（EDN）. [Method]Randomly divide 62 cases into observation and control groups. On the basis of active treatment to symptoms, the control one took Qianlie Dier, the observation one decoction nourishing Qi and blood and reducing turbid together with Qianlie Dier. [Result]The total effective rate was 90.62% for EDN treated with combination of TCM and WM, better than that of control; meanwhile, UAER was much more reduced in observation group than control, and the patients＇ blood lipid was markedly relieved in observation group. [Conclusion]Treat EDN with combination of TCM and WM can markedly improve the clinical symptoms, and reduce urinary pro tein, with clinical promotion value.
