中西医结合治疗输尿管结石临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation on Ureteral Stone Treated with Combination of TCM and WM

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。[方法]对照分析43例采用中西医结合治疗方案与41例采用西医治疗患者的疗效。[结果]经过4周的治疗及临床观察,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗输尿管结石优势明显,值得临床推广。

[Objective] To observe clinical effect of combination of TCM and WM（western medicine） on ureteral stone. [Method] Compare 43 cases treated with combination of TCM and WM with 41 with only WM. [Result] After 4--week treatment and clinical observation, the total effective rate was better in treatment group than control one（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM has marked advantage in treating ureteral stone, worthy clinical promotion.
