如何适应医疗市场的需求,策略性处理护理投诉,构建和谐的护患关系,是护理管理面临的一个课题。只有认真对待病人的每一次投诉,并从中吸取经验教训,不断改进工作,才能提高护理质量和病人满意度,构建和谐的护患关系。
How to fit medical market needs, strategically deal with nursing complaint and to establish harmonious nurse-patient relationship is a subject facing nursing management. Only by carefully dealing with each complaint from patients, accepting experience, and continually improving works, can we improve nursing quality and patients contending degree and make good nurse-patient relationship.
