摘要
研究了利用立式振动磨制备超细粉的过程和技术,得到了α-Al2O3,ZnO和MgSiO3超细粉,最细粒度可达到0.1μm。磨介的尺寸和进料的细度可以影响粉碎性能。研究表明,立式振动磨在制备无机矿物超细粉方面有广泛的用途。
In this paper we studied the process and technology for preparing ultrafine powders by using vertical vibratory milling machine and obtained ultrafine powders of α Al 2O 3 ZnO and MgSiO 3. Granularity of the finest powder was 0.1μm. Milling media size and granularity of raw powder had the effect on the characterization of granulation. The studies showed that there was a wide use for vertical vibratory milling machine in preparing ultrafine powder of inorganic materials.
