氧化钇和氧化铈稳定氧化锆空心球形陶瓷粉末的研制

Study on Preparation of Yttria and Ceria Stabilized Zirconia Powder with Spherical Hollow

采用水热－喷雾干燥法和煅烧－球磨－喷雾干燥法制备了空心球形Ｙ２Ｏ３和ＣｅＯ２稳定的ＺｒＯ２（ＹＣＺ）陶瓷粉末。水热－喷雾干燥工艺流程短，产品纯度高，作为最终选定的方法。用本法所制备的陶瓷粉末热导率低，其涂层具有良好的隔热效果。

In the present work, the Hydrothermal treatment Spray drying and the Calcination Ball milling Spray drying processes were employed to produce spherical hollow Y 2O 3 CeO 2 ZrO 2(YCZ) powders. The Hydrothermal treatment spray drying process preferred. The process of the method were simpler and a non contaminated product could be obtained. Thermal conductivity of powder produced was lower than that of Metco 205NS.
