摘要
采用水热-喷雾干燥法和煅烧-球磨-喷雾干燥法制备了空心球形Y2O3和CeO2稳定的ZrO2(YCZ)陶瓷粉末。水热-喷雾干燥工艺流程短,产品纯度高,作为最终选定的方法。用本法所制备的陶瓷粉末热导率低,其涂层具有良好的隔热效果。
In the present work, the Hydrothermal treatment Spray drying and the Calcination Ball milling Spray drying processes were employed to produce spherical hollow Y 2O 3 CeO 2 ZrO 2(YCZ) powders. The Hydrothermal treatment spray drying process preferred. The process of the method were simpler and a non contaminated product could be obtained. Thermal conductivity of powder produced was lower than that of Metco 205NS.
