辽宁省城市下岗失业人员生活状况调查报告

Investigation report of laid-off workers' living conditions in Liaoning

通过对辽宁省14个城市1000名下岗失业人员的问卷调查,分析了下岗失业人员的收入水平变化、物质生活状况变化、心理变化和行为变化等,并认为造成失业下岗人员生活状况变化的原因是人力资本不足和再就业培训面窄,最后提出了不断完善城市失业保障体制、建立完善的覆盖全国的就业信息系统等四项对策建议。

This article describes the change of Liaoning laid-off workers＂ income and material life and mind and behavior through the survey in 14 cities of Liaoning. It indicates that they are short of social capital and re-employment training. Finally,this article puts forward four countermeasures, such as perfection of urban unemployment security system and the establishment of nalional employment information system.
