辽宁城市化进程中的土地资源利用

Liaoning Province's land resources utilization in the process of urbanization

针对辽宁城市化进程的进一步加速而导致的土地利用方面的结构不合理、利用率低等问题,从城市化角度出发,运用统计分析方法,研究辽宁城市化发展与土地利用之间的内在联系,分析其存在的问题,得出了强化城镇建设用地整理和改革土地产权制度的结论。

With the further accelerating urbanization process in Liaoning,in view of the problems that there are irrational structure, low utilization problems in the area of land use,from the angle of urbanization, and using statistical methods ,this article studies the internal relationship between the urbanization development and land utilaization and analyses the existing problems and in the end,gives the conclusion that we should strengthen the urban construction land consolidation and improve the land property right system in Liaoning.
