介绍堰式和槽式明渠流量计的测量原理，提出了一种新的堰式流量计算公式。重点介绍抗沾污电容式液位传感器及以单片机为核心的显示仪表构成的智能明渠流量计，给出了试验结果。

The measuring principles of weir and flume open channel flowmeters are introduced and a new calculation formula for weir flowmeter is stated.The anto-stained capaciatnce level transducer and single chip computer-based display unit is described emphatically.The test results are also given.
