摘要
特高压直流试验基地是我国进行±800 kV直流输电关键技术研究的第1个特高压直流试验基地,试验线段由2基88m高、80 m宽的门型直线塔,2基70 m高的门型锚塔,换极性塔和电源终端塔组成。根据试验功能要求:门型直线塔2层悬挂导线的60m跨度横梁在垂直方向上下任意可调,水平方向悬挂导线可任意移动、自动控制、调节及闭锁。在输电线路设计中,这种功能要求在我国还没有先例。试验线段铁塔设计中包含的关键技术有塔型选型、结构布置、构造连接、计算分析、机械传动、自动控制装置等内容。
The UHV DC testing site is the first testing site for key technology researches of ±800 kV DC transmission in China. Its testing section consists of 2 suspended towers with a height of 88 m and width of 80 m, 2 70 m-high anchored towers, transposition tower and power terminal tower. According to test requirements, the 60 m-span crossbeam of the suspended tower can be adjusted vertically, and the suspended conductor can be moved horizontally, as well as controlled, adjusted, and locked automatically. Such functions are unprecedented in China. The key technologies in tower design are type selection, structural layout, structural connection, computation analysis, mechanical transmission, automatic control devices, etc.
