摘要
在对±500 kV直流工程换流站进行试验调试过程中采取了一系列技术创新,包括:采用带交流滤波器负荷进行换流站调试,缩短了整个调试时间;研制了适合单相双绕组换流变压器现场局部放电试验的中间变压器、补偿电抗器设备;参考交流线路参数测量方法进行了直流线路参数测量;进行了高压电容器组不平衡电流调整;编写了智能合闸装置的调试方案;并对换流变油中乙炔故障进行了分析,指出有载调压开关存在问题。
A series of technological innovations are adopted during the conversion station testing of ±500 kV DC project, including test under AC filter load to shorten test period, developing intermediate transformer and compensating reactor suitable for single-phase dual-winding converter transformer local discharge tests, DC line parameter measuring on the basis of AC line methods, conducting I-IV capacitor imbalanced current regulation, and compiling intelligent closing device test schemes. In addition, through gas-in-oil fault analysis, on-load tap changer switch malfunction is diagnosed.
