模糊模式识别理论在温度传感器互换性分析中的应用

The Application of the Fuzzy Pattern Recognition Theory in the Interchangeability Analysis for Temperature Transducers

针对热敏电阻温度传感器生产中对互换性分析的需要,提出了利用模糊模式识别理论解决该问题的设想,并得到了一种简洁实用的算法。在此基础上利用计算机和标准总线模板研制成温度传感器互换性模糊模式识别系统。运行结果表明,系统各项指标满足用户要求。

For the requirement on interchangeability analysis in the production of thermistor temperature transducers, the concept of using fuzzy pattern recognition theory to solve the problem is presented and a simple, and practical algorithm is obtained. On this basis, by using computer with STD bus main board, the temperature transducer interchangeability fuzzy pattern recognition system is developed. The opera; tion result shows that the specifications of the system are met with user's requirements.
