激光法与电灼法治疗睑黄瘤的临床对比

The clinical comparing between electric cautery and laser on the treatments of xanthelasmata

目的比较电灼法与激光法治疗睑黄瘤的临床效果。方法将90例患者分成2组,分别采用电灼法与激光法治疗睑黄瘤。结果两组治疗效果无显著性差异。结论虽然两组治疗效果无显著性差异,但由于电灼法操作简单、直接、损伤小,不留瘢痕,患者所花费用低,治疗仪价格也便宜,尤其利于基层医院应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects between electric cautery and laser on the treatments of xanthelasmata. Methods The patients（n=90） were randomized to two groups. One was treated by electric cautery and the other,by laser.Results No significant differences were detected between the two groups. Conclusion There are no significant differences between the two groups, but electric cautery is applicative for primary hospitals, which has the advantages of simplicity, operating directly to lesion and tiny trauma without scars.Using electric cautery to treat xanthelasmata can save patients＇ money and the price of the equipments is lower.
