摘要
将案例推理引入注塑制品质量控制系统的设计中,采用基于决策树和最近邻方法的混合检索模型,提出以注塑制品结构、原料、注塑机、成型模具和工艺参数为主要特征因素,建立一种面向对象层次结构的案例表示方法,并提出基于案例与规则的缺陷诊断推理机制,将案例推出的经验作为目标案例质量控制系统的初始值,经过知识规则推理得到目标案例的解决方法。通过生产中的实例说明了系统运行流程,结果证明基于上述思想方法和推理机制的控制系统有较好的推理能力和质量优化控制效率。
Aimed at quality control for injection molded parts, a hybrid reasoning method based on casebased reasoning (CBR) and rule-based reasoning (RBR) is proposed. An object-oriented hierarchy case representation method has been built using feature factors of article geometry, material chemistry, parameters of injection molding machines and mould. A hybrid retrieval model based on nearest neighbor approach and decision tree is presented. The initialization of new case has been gained by CBR, the debugging method of new case has been attained by RBR. The better reasoning power and control effectiveness are demonstrated by some real injection molded part.
