摘要 研究了包覆红磷对丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)复合材料的阻燃行为和力学性能的影响,并对其阻燃机理进行了探讨。结果表明,包覆红磷能显著降低 ABS 复合材料的热释放速率、有效燃烧热、质量损失速率,当包覆红磷用量为25%(质量分数,下同)时,ABS 复合材料能达到 UL94 V-0 级阻燃要求;包覆红磷对 ABS 复合材料的阻燃以凝聚相阻燃为主;包覆红磷对 ABS 的力学性能尤其是冲击强度有较大影响,当包覆红磷用量为30%时阻燃ABS 的冲击强度由130kJ/m^(-2)降为25kJ/m^(-2)。 The effect of capsule red phosphorus on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of ABS composites was studied and the retardant mechanism was discussed. The results showed that heat release rate, effective heat of combustion, and mass loss rate of ABS composites were dramatically decreased with blending with the capsule red phosphorus. The retardant effect achieved UL94 V-0 with 25 wt% of capsule red phosphorus. The main mechanism was considered as a solid phase one. The amount of the red phosphorus had great influence on the mechanical properties of the ABS composites, especially on the impact strength. With the amount of capsule red phosphorus increasing from 0 to 30 wt% ,the impact strength decreased from 130 kJ/m^-2 to 25 kJ/m^-2
