摘要
碱法草浆黑液用有机溶剂(CHCl3)萃取,对有机相用盐酸反萃取得到生物碱和色素,然后对黑液用CO2酸化,可得木质素和橘黄色溶液,对橘黄色溶液进行离子交换,可得羧酸盐和Na2CO3。从最终溶液中可生产糖浆,使黑液全部转化成有用物质,本工艺具有明显的社会、经济和环境效益。
Alkaline straw-pulp black liquor is extracted by the organic solvent, chloroform. The organic phase is anti-extracted by hydrochloric acid. Biological alkalies and colorants are obtained.And the black liquor is acidized with carbon dioxide. Lignin and the orange solution are gotten.The orange solution is treated with the ion exchangers. Na2CO3 and carboxylates are acquired.Sugar-pulp is produced from the final solution. The components of black liquor are perfectly transformed into useful materials. It has remarkable environmental,social and economic benefits.
