茶卷蛾质型多角体病毒核酸用热酚法从提 病毒多角体中提取。紫外吸收光谱测定最高最代的吸收值分别在２６０ｎｍ和２３０ｎｍ处。经测定其Ｔｍ值为７９℃，在３％聚 烯酰 凝胶中，经电泳ＨｍＣＰＶＲＮＡ可分离得到１０条基因片段，各片段大小为０．３４×１０＾６－２．５５×１０＾６，

The Cytoplasmic Polyhedrosis Virus of Homona maganima is an insect re- ovirus.Its genome was extracted from the purified polyhedra of CPV with hot—phenol method and the unwinding temperature value(T_m)is 79℃,which indicated that the genome was double stranded RNA.10 bands were resolved when the viral genome was run in 3% polyacrylamide gels.The mol·wt·of the RNA fragment ranged from 0.34×10~6 to 2.55× 10~6D,and total was 15.15×10~6D.
