摘要
用玻碳电极研究了铜在表面活性剂(聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠及四氢噻唑硫酮)存在下的电化学成核动力学行为,根据成核模型计算了其成核速度常数.
The electrodeposition behaviour of Cu 2+ ion at carbon electrode existing in surface active agents is investigated. According to nucleation model the nucleation rate constant is caculated. The influence of overpotential and surface active agents on the nucleation machanism is discussed.
