磷铵生产中改槽式中和器为管式反应器的试验研究

摘要 在料浆法磷铵生产中,就改槽式中和器为管式反应器、缩短中和反应时间后,对磷铵产品水溶P2O5含量的影响进行了实验与工业装置的试验研究.试验结果表明,采用管式反应器,中和反应时间缩短到1min以内,磷铵产品水溶P2O5可提高3%以上.这将是提高磷铵产品质量,进行设备技术改造的方向之一. In the process of ammonium phosphate production by Slurry Concentrating Method, the replacement of tank neutralizer by tubular reactor has been studied on laboratorial and industrial scales for the purpose of reducing reaction time and increasing water soluble P 2O 5 of ammonium phosphate. The results demonstrate that the time of neutralization reaction can be reduced to less than 1 minute, water soluble P 2O 5 will increase more than 3%. This is one of important aspects for raising product quality and carrying out equipment reform in ammonium phosphate production.
