摘要
不同强度的超声波和热冲击处理越年蚕卵后,将其孵化后的蚁蚕匀浆、离心,取上清液经抑菌试验发现,当超声波强度在300mA以上、处理时间为5min时,能有效地诱导抗菌物质的产生;45℃热冲击则无明显效果.同时调查各组孵化率表明,其孵化率均在95%以上。
After the silkworm eggs were treated by different intensity of ultrasonic wave and heat shock,the newly hatched silkworm were homogenated and the supernatant was used as the material of bacteriostatic experiment,which showed that the ultrasonic wave treatment when the intensity was over 300 mA and the treatment time was five minutes could effectively induce the production of anti bacteria substance,and the heat shock in which the temperature was 45℃ had not evident anti bacteria effect.The hatching rates of treatments were all over 95%,and this showed that the treatment intensity in the experiment was safe for the silkworm eggs.
