伊通河段鱼体甲基汞含量分析研究 被引量:2

Research on CymeneHydrargyrum in Fish Bodies in Yi tong River and Its Analyzed Method

摘要 通过对伊通河段的鲤鱼、鲫鱼、鲢鱼三种天然鱼鱼体的甲基汞含量的调查检测,研究工业污水中重金属污染物—汞的污染现状。检测结果显示该河段的鱼体甲基汞含量均值为0.085mg/kg,已超过国家淡水鱼类食品卫生标准/kg的2.4倍。3种鱼类中鲫鱼所含甲基汞最高,与其生活习性及食性有关,表明甲基汞的蓄积与食物链密切相关。从鱼体的组织器官看,脑组织中的甲基汞含量显著高于背部肌肉组织和头部组织含量,表明甲基汞属脂溶性,易于在脑组织中蓄积。研究结果表明,该河河段现已存在较严重的汞污染。 By the determination of the Cymene Hydrargyrum content of several fish bodies (Cyprinoid, Crucian, Chub) in Yitong river the pollution state of Hydrargyrum in industrial wastewater was determined in this paper, The result shows that the average Cylnene Hydrargyrum content of the several fiah bodies is 0.085mg/kg, which was more than 2.4 times as high as national fresh water fish food health standard.Cymene Hydrargyrum content was highest in the body of crucion, which was related to life and food hadit , and indicated that the Cumulation of Cymene Hydeargyrum was associated with food chain.By study fish body structure, we found that Cymene Hydrargurum content in brain structure was evidently more than that in back muscle structure and head structure, which indicated Cymene Hydrargurum was liposoluble and easy contulated in brain structure.The Conclusion is that Yitong river has been badly polluted.
