库存控制模型研究

The Study on Stock Control model

库存是物理上和逻辑上库房库位的所有有形和无形物料及其价值的总和。虽然持有一定量的库存是必要的,过量的库存却非但没有用处而且占用了资金。因此,平衡公司库存投资与其它资金需求至关重要,也是库存管理的最大难点和挑战。降低库存成本是企业的第三利润源泉之一,国内外企业对库存管理普遍给予高度的重视,在生产和销售环节中实现最低库存量,以最大限度挖掘第三利润。本文对定量库存控制模型进行了一定的探讨和研究,并在此基础上提出了改进的定量库存控制模型和相应的计算方法。

Stock is summation of all visible and invisible materials of the worth in physics and logical warehouse. Although retaining some stock amount is necessary, lots of stock is not only no use but also taking up the funds. Therefore, it is very important to balance funds necessary of stock and others, which is also most difficult and challenging. Declining cost of stock is one of the third profits headsprings for business, the domestic and international business value stock management and use the bare stock quantity in production and sale to get the most profit. This paper proposed constant stock control model, and put forward improvements on constant stock control model and correspond formula calculation methods
