"SIJOR I增长三角"开发,在新加坡政府的积极推动下,新加坡、马来西亚、印度尼西亚三国政府之间建立了紧密的合作机制,通过不断完善企业的跨国界经营活动所必须的软环境和基础设施建设,加上跨国企业的积极投资取得了很大的进展。要进一步推动图们江地区开发,中国政府应发挥主导作用,从为相关各国都带来直接利益的物流、旅游等领域开始,建立双边或多边合作机制,促进软环境和基础设施建设,并通过积累实绩,逐步扩大合作领域,提高合作层次。

＂SIJORI Increase Triangle＂, promoted actively by the government of Singapore, has achieved a lot with a close cooperative mechanism among the three governments of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, a perfecting soft environment and infrastructure for international trading and multinational investment. Government of China must play a leading role in the further development of Tumen River Area. Fields such as logistics and tourism, which will bring direct benefit for relative countries, should be explored first. Then bilateral and multilateral mechanism must be established to progress the soft environment and infrastructure. As a result, the cooperative fields will be expanded and upgraded by the accumulated experience.
