摘要
东北地区具有发展装备制造业企业集群的条件,而要发挥东北三省的重工业结构优势,只有重点发展以国有大型企业为核心、众多中小企业配套的装备制造业企业集群,才能促进东北经济的发展。
Northeast China is now in good conditions to develop the grouping of equipment manufacturing industries. The economy of this area will be accelerated if the structural advantages of heavy industries in the three provinces of Northeast China can be fully played and the grouping of all-sized equipment manufacturers; with large state-owned manufacturers as the core, can be realized.
