近年来,我国公民的住房条件有了很大的改善,但是房价也随着住房条件改善的同时在逐渐攀升。房价上涨的原因主要是土地市场、房地产开发企业、房地产交易市场存在着一些问题。要解决这些问题,一要完善立法;二要完善制度。
