摘要 大型城市轨道交通项目具有投资大、建设周期长、实施过程复杂、参与单位众多和涉及面广等特点,稍有不慎就可能造成工期拖延、投资失控,甚至产生质量隐患,故而依据轨道项目的多层分布特点建立了高效的工程项目管理进度控制系统.这对提升我国轨道项目的建设实施水平和提高整个项目投资效益有着重要的理论意义和应用价值. If handled not with great care, problems like prolonged project duration, runaway investment, even hidden quality problems are easy to arise in the construction of large--scale urban rail transit projects owing to their characteristics of vast cost, long construction period, complicated techniques, numerous involved participants and geographical disperse. In accordance with the multilayer distributed architecture, the establishment of highly--efficient project schedule control system is of great theoretical significance and practical value to the promotion of the level and efficiency of urban rail project construction in China.
