摘要
分析了时差法超声波流量计的工作原理、硬件系统构成、软件控制流程以及高频声波信号的控制处理方法,表明了采用TMS320LF2407型DSP芯片作为超声波流量计的主控芯片可以简化检测系统电路,提高抗干扰能力,使系统具有更好的测量实时性.
This paper makes an analysis of the mechanism of time-difference ultrasonic flow-meter, hardware system constitution, software control procedure, and the processing method of high-frequency ultrasonic signals. It is shown that the adoption of TM S320LF2407 DSP as the main chip of ultrasonic flow-meter is advantageous in simplifying the testing of system circuit, improving anti-jamming capability.
