Clinical Efficacy of Mizolastine in the Treatment of Dermatographism

目的:观察咪唑斯汀治疗皮肤划痕症的临床疗效。方法:36例患者随机分为两组,采用两周期交叉试验,以酮替芬为对照。结果:咪唑斯汀治疗皮肤划痕症的疗效与酮替芬相当,不但不良反应显著轻于后者。结论:咪唑斯汀能有效治疗皮肤划痕症。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of mizolastine in the treatment of dermatographism. Method： 32 patients were randomly allocated to two groups. Their efficacy was compared with ketotifen, A two-period cross trial was adopted, Result： The clinical efficacy of mizolastine in the treatment of dermatographism corresponded to ketotifen,the ADRs were markedly lower than ketotifen. Conclusion： Mizolastine is effective in the treatment of dermatographism.
