摘要
目的:为我国健康相关生命质量的研究提供参考。方法:比较分析常用的健康相关生命质量通用量表。结果:SF-36健康调查是健康相关生命质量结果测量中最常用量表;NHP反映的是业外人士对健康的认知情况;SIP衡量的是疾病对行为的影响;QWB、HUI和EQ-5D都是基于偏好的测量。结论:目前并无统一的量表,要根据测量目的、人口特征和使用环境等选择量表。
Objective： To provide information for the health related quality of life research in China. Method： Make a comparative analysis about the generic instruments of health related quality of life. Result： The SF-36 health survey is the most commonly used HRQoL measure. The NHP was developed to reflect lay perceptions of health. The SIP was constructed as a measure of sickness in relation to impact on behavior. The QWB scale, HUI and EQ-SD are preference-based measures. Conclusion： At present, there are no uniformly instruments, so we should base our instrument selection on the purpose of the measurement, the characteristics of the population and the application environment and so on.
