Fuzzy evaluation of the financing efficiency of Heilongjiang coal enterprise

为了探讨黑龙江煤炭企业融资的现状,由资金成本、资金利用效率、融资主体的自由度、融资机制的规范性及资金的偿还能力构成因素集,使用模糊数学方法对黑龙江煤炭企业融资效率进行模糊评价,得出其融资效率处于中等水平,有待进一步提高,并从资金供给和需求角度分别提出提高融资效率的建议。

In order to discuss the present situation of financing efficiency Heilongjiang coal enterprise, the paper established a factor set composed of capital cost,cash utilization efficiency,freedom degree of financing entity,normalization of financing mechanism,capital repayment capability and evaluated Hei- longjiang coal enterprise financing efficiency with fuzzy mathematic method,and pointed out that it is in the middle level,and needs to improve further. And it proposes some measures to improve financing efficiency from the aspects of supply and demand.
