大学知识能力及其测度指标体系初探

Study on knowledge ability of university and measurement indicators

针对知识经济的发展对大学提出的挑战,指出大学知识管理的重要性。提出大学知识能力是大学核心竞争力的理念。根据大学知识能力的内涵,初步阐释了构建大学知识能力测度指标体系主要由知识的生产能力、知识传播能力和知识应用能力三个一级指标构成的思路。

With the development of economy--knowledge, knowledge management of university becomes more and more important. Knowledge ability of university represents core competitive ability. Knowledge ability of university measurement system includes three first class indicators such as production ability of knowledge, diffusion ability of knowledge and application ability of knowledge.
