摘要
非回转系统的抗扭振在精密机械的防振设计中非常重要,但目前具体介绍非回转系统的抗扭振设计方面的资料非常少。分析了非回转系统的振动耦合的原因,并研究了振动非耦合化的弹簧倾斜布置法和均布弹簧法,最后分别用这两种办法对实际系统进行振动完全非耦合化,证明了两种方法的实用性和可行性,为该类系统的抗扭振设计提供参考、借鉴。
Resisting torsion of No-rotating system is very important in designing resist vibration of mechanic devices, but recently there is rarely sources of designing resist torsion of No-rotating system. It analysis the reason of vibration coupling of No-rotating system, and studies uncoupled vibration theoretic methods , they are method of leaned brings and method of unique displaced springs. At last, it applies the two methods to actual project, and it was certified the methods are useful and applicable. So, this paper can apply help to the similar design.
