针对扬声器音盆大批量定制生产模式提出一种快速响应客户需求的产品设计方案。该方案通过可扩充性知识库系统的辅助,运用创新性的基于特征的配置方法,借助Pro/E快速三维建模,使用FINECone软件的仿真分析,从而快速开发出满足客户需求的最终产品。整个开发过程通过项目管理驱动实现。

A methods of product design that can meet with rapid response to customer＇s need is put forward to adapt mass customization of cone.The project is based on knowledgebase system that can be extended, creative configuration method is exerted based on feature, three-dimensional modeling is fleetly constructed based on Pro/E, simulation analysis is applied based on FINECone, then final product is fleetly developed to meet customer＇s need. The entire development process is driven under the project management.
