详细阐述了求解ASP问题的遗传模拟退火算法(GASA)思想、方法、步骤,分析了装配序列染色体编码原则、编码方案,装配序列评价指标和评价函数。深入研究了GASA的操作算子机理及控制参数的选取原则。阐述了遗传模拟退火算法原理、步骤及其应用中的基本问题,并结合顶驱钻机装配序列规划实例,分析了遗传模拟退火算法求解装配序列规划问题的优缺点及其原因。
It summarized the relate results of Assembly sequence planning research and the idea of Genetic Algorithm (GA), particular expatiate the principle, process of GA and the basic questions in applications, the GA for assembly sequence planning is applied to assembly planning sequences of Top Drive Drilling System, Finally, Further, the merits and weakness of each algorithm in assembly sequence planning are analyzed by comparison.
