摘要 介绍了调速控制系统在Matlab/Simulink中相应的子模块的功能及构造方法。针对激光圆网雕刻对定位精度要求准确和速度变换频繁快速的特点,对激光圆网雕刻机调速控制系统进行结构化和模块化处理,在Matlab/Simulink中建立该调速模型,并对其高/低速瞬时变换的进行仿真。模拟实际调速系统从低密度网点雕刻网辊高速运动变换为高密度网点雕刻网辊低速运行的工况。通过对仿真数据分析,验证了系统具有快速的启动及良好的速度转换特性,抗干扰能力强。仿真模型可以逼真地模拟实际系统,实现简单,便于修改,为激光圆网雕刻调速系统的设计和调试提供了依据。 The function of sub-models which composes adjustable-speed system is introduced in detail. Modeling and simulating for the adjusted speed machine of laser carving system using Simulink and Power System Blocksets is proposed. A structure and blocking modeling method is applied to set up the adjustable- speed system of laser carver system. By the organic combination of these blocks, established the model of adjustable-speed system of laser carving. Simulating actual working states converting between low desity spots with high-speed and high desity spots with low-speed.The proposed model can simulate the actual system very well. The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed modeling method. By the simulation, validated that nicer start-up performance and well speed conversion performance of the adjustable-speed system of laser carving system. This method offers a new thought for designing and debugging control system.
