摘要
利用LMR-1型低频力学驰豫谱测量系统,以强迫振动方式在0℃~200℃温度范围内对多孔Ni-Ti形状记忆合金进行了内耗性能测试研究。结果表明:马氏体正逆相变温度内耗表现上有峰值出现,认为是相变过程中运动或静止的界面在外加交变应力作用下驰豫造成的,为设计多孔Ni-Ti合金在耗能减振方面的应用提供依据。
A detailed investigation about internal frication has been made in porous Ni-Ti alloy by means of forced vibration and pore rates within the temperature range form 0℃ to 200℃ on LMR-1.The results indicate that there are peaks appearing in the martensitic and anti-martensitic transformation. They are caused by the relaxation of moving and static interfaces due to the applied alternate stress during the transformation, and also supply evidence to the application of NiTi alloys in terms of concussion and power-wasting.
