摘要 以有限元结构分析和优化算法相结合为手段,对电除尘器灰斗结构尺寸进行优化,建立了灰斗的有限元模型,优化数学模型。应用APDL编制了优化设计程序,应用UIDL编制了用户用界面。通过软件封装有限元模型、优化数学模型等要素,即使对于ANSYS和优化不熟悉的普通设计人员也能使用。因此,该优化软件可广泛应用于电除尘器灰斗的实际设计工程中。 By means of combining the structure analysis of finite element with optimization algorithm, the structure sizes of electric precipitator's hopper were optimized, and the finite element model of the hopper, optimization mathematics model were established.The optimized design program was written by APDL and the user inte^ace was written by UIDL .With the elements such as finite element n^odel and optimization mathematics model enveloped by the software, it could make the common designer unfamiliar with the ANSYS and optimization use it. Therefore, the optimization software could be widely applied to the design engineering of the electrostatic precipitator's hopper.
