探析组织内的“圈子”现象 被引量:15

摘要 本文针对组织内存在的圈子现象,把领导一部属交换质量不同的部属分为三个类别:外人圈子、熟人圈子、自己人圈子,讨论了领导与三个圈子部属之间的关系性质、交往法则以及不同圈子之间的相互关系,并提出了相应的管理建议。
