摘要
目的了解营养医师指导对企业职工健康状况的干预作用。方法调查某企业1570名职工劳动强度及当前饮食结构,分析饮食存在的问题并进行改进,6个月和18个月后做体检对比。结果经过6个月的饮食营养指导,职工脂肪肝、高胆固醇血症及血脂异常率较指导前有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血压的患病率增加了5.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。饮食指导18个月时脂肪肝、高胆固醇血症及血脂异常率继续下降,与饮食指导6个月时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高三酰甘油血症、高血压、糖尿病的患病率较饮食指导6个月时回落,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在营养医师指导下企业职工健康状况能得到改善。
Objective To realize the interven effect of professional nutritional doctors to staff's health status. Meth- ods To investigate the 1570 staff 'work intensity as well as their diet structure, and amend existing problem, after 6 and 18 months giving them a check - up and comparing chronic ratio. Results After 6 months, except hypertension, the incidence of fattyliver, hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia was degressive markedly ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the prevalence rate of hypertension was increased 5.22% (P 〈0.01). After 18 months, the incidence of fattylive, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia con- tinued to significant decrease ( P 〈0.01 ), dyslipidemia, hypertension and hyperglycemia were all improved markedly ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Staff's health status could be improved by the nutritional doctors' direction.
