剖宫产术后下腹部的继发畸形修复术
摘要
纵切口剖宫产术式的经产妇术后常表现为下腹部纵切口的瘢痕区凹陷，两侧突出的畸形外观，并伴有下腹部的皮肤轻、中度松弛，脂肪堆积和下腹部腹壁肌肉筋膜系统松弛，保守治疗难以改善。我们利用原有的剖宫产瘢痕入路进行改良腹壁成形术联合脂肪抽吸术治疗13例，取得较好的效果，现报告如下。
