摘要
综述近年来RFLP、RAPD、SSR及AFLP等几种分子标记在柱花草育种上的应用，以及分子标记在辅助育种和抗病基因定位方向的研究进展。
The article reviews the application of molecular marker techniques such as restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP）, random amplified polymorphic DNA （RAPD）, simple sequence repeats （SSR） and amplified fragments length polymorphism （AFLP） in Stylosanthes, and reveals the progresses of molecular marker to the assisted selection and tagging resistance genes.
