摘要
克隆植物的表型可塑性在基株和种群水平上分别表现为克隆构型和分株种群特征的变化。以试验地移栽的黄绿型羊草为对象,研究了施肥和施加植物生长调节剂对盐碱胁迫条件下羊草分株种群特征的影响。通过和对照组羊草分株种群特征的比较,发现在相同的盐碱胁迫强度下,施肥和施加NAA可以促进羊草的克隆生长,减缓盐碱胁迫对羊草克隆生长的抑制作用;在本试验所设的处理水平下,施加6-BT和GA对羊草的克隆生长有一定的抑制作用,并且这种抑制作用主要表现为抑制分蘖和分枝。
The ramet height and biomass of the yellow-green Leymus chinensis subjected to fertilizer and plant growth regulator were compared. The result reveals that the growth rate of Leymus chinensis under nutrient and NAA supply were higher than that of contrast under the same intensity of saline-alkali stress, that is the nutrient and NAA supply can lessen the restrain saline-alkali stress to Leymus chinensis. At the level of auxin supply in this experiment, 6-BT and GA supply restrained the clonal growth rate of Leymus chinensis to a certain degree, and this restrain mainly represented bating geminating and ramification.
