图象智能检测报警记录系统的技术设计

Technical design of an intelligent image detection and alarm recording system

提出了图象灰度的亮度加权平均和位置加权平均的一种新的图象变化识别技术，依此原理并把电视技术与计算机技术相结合，设计研制了图象智能检测报警记录系统，介绍了系统的组成及技术原理。

A new technique for recognizing the changes in image is suggested in this paper based on weighted gray level averaging and weighted image element position averaging.On the basis of this principle and by combining TV with computer techniques,an intelligent image detection and alarm recording system is designed.System configuration and technical principle is presented.
