摘要
本文对空气源热泵热水机组进行了大范围变工况的实验研究,得出了机组制热量、输入功率、性能系数、排气压力、排气温度、吸气压力、吸气温度等参数随环境温度的变化关系,而后分析了工况变化对空气源热泵热水机组及压缩机的影响,以及机组在不利条件下工作出现的问题,最后针对这些问题提出了解决方法,为提高机组的性能和运行可靠性提供了重要参考。
In this paper, the experimental study on air-source heat pump water unit under variable working conditions with large temperature range was carried out. Firstly, the relationships for the parameters, such as heat capacity, input power, COP, discharge pressure, discharge temperature, suction pressure, suction temperature etc. vs. environmental temperature were concluded. Furthermore, the influences of variable working conditions on the unit and its compressor were analyzed, as well as the problems occurred under disadvantage conditions. Finally, solutions to these problems were put forward, which could provide important references for improving the unit performance and operating reliability.
