摘要
通过对建立基于图书馆的终身教育体系的理论基础和现实可能进行阐述,提出以区域图书馆为基础与核心,整合区域内相关教育和文化资源,建立基于图书馆的终身教育体系和运作模式的构想。
The author probed into the theoretical foundations for the lifelong education system based on libraries and the advantages of active learning pattern, and discusses a practical Chinese pattern on the basis of county libraries, combining educational and culture resources in the county.
