革蜱属三种若蜱的记述及中国常见革蜱若蜱的检索表

THE NYMPHS OF 3 SPECIES OF DERMACENTOR AND KEY TO THE NYMPHS OF CHINESE COMMON SPECIES OF DERMACENTOR

用光学显微镜及扫描电镜研究了金泽革蜱D.auratus、中华革蜱D.sinicus 以及阿坝革蜱D.abaensis 等三种若蜱的形态及哈氏器的细微结构。在分析了大量形态性状后,找出比较稳定的形态特征。可以根据假头基上耳状突的形状、须肢的长度、盾板的宽度、盾板上刚毛总数、异盾上各组刚毛数目、背中毛的平均长度、肛门环不同部位的宽度、气门板的长度及其外缘的杯状体数目、基节1上内外距的大小、跗节Ⅰ的长度以及哈氏器处环沟的有无和它的细微结构等鉴别种类。此外,还与以前研究过的边缘革蜱、银盾革蜱、草原革蜱、网纹革蜱和森林革蜱等分布于我国的其他5种革蜱的若蜱进行比较,编写了革蜱属8种若蜱的检索表。

Dermacemor sinicus and Dermacentor abaestsis are palaearctic species distributed only in China. Dermacemor auratus widly occurs in Oriental region. The morphological characters of abovementioned nymphs were observed, measured and analysed. The diagnosis of these 3 species of nymph are given as follows:Dermacentor auratus Supino (fig. 1)Auricles on capitulum narrow, their width < the width of base of palpal article Ⅱ. The width of scutum>0 μm usually. Total number of setae on scutum- 25-32. Average length of centrol dorsal setae (Cd) on scutum < 33.2 μm. On alloscutum the number of Cd on each side = 8-14, total number of Cd, intermedial setae (I) and submarginal setae (S) on both sides = 38-61. The number of epimeral setae ( Epm) on each side > 8. The length of peri-treme usually > 130 μm. The number of peripheral goblets on peritreme>56. The width of anterior part of anal ring> 1.5 times of the width of other parts. On coxa I outer spur=in-ner spur.
