摘要
探讨电子政务与信息化体系建设的内在联系,回顾发达国家及我国电子政务的发展历程,论述电子政务建设的关键因素,提出加强广州电子政务建设、提升广州信息化水平的建议和措施。
This article discusses the relationship between electronic government and informationalization system construction. It reviews the evolution of E - government in advanced economies and in China, and discusses the key factors of E - government construction. It further makes proposals and suggests measures that help to enhance E - government construction and improve informationalization in Guangzhou.
