摘要
组织公民行为研究对丰富和发展组织管理理论、充分调动组织成员积极性,增强组织竞争实力都具有重要的理论研究意义和实际应用价值。组织公民行为的引导策略应包括:第一,构建和谐组织;第二,完善公平机制;第三,创建人本文化;第四,弘扬人文精神。
The research of OCBs(Organizational Citizenship Behaviors)has important theory meaning and practical value in enriching and developing the organizational management theory, fully arousing the enthusiasm of members, and strengthening the organizational competition advantage. The articleic based on the discussion of the formation causes of OCBs and discovers four stimulate strategies of OCBs. Firstly, building the harmonious organization atmosphere, secondly, improving organizational fair, thirdly, cultivating the people first organizational culture, finally, showing concern about people aspects.
